This flight includes our signature Brookie's Gin & Tonic plus tasters of our core range: Brookie's Byron Dry Gin, Brookie's Byron Slow Gin, Brookie's Shirl the Pearl Cumquat gin, and Mac Liqueur. Upgrade to a premium flight to include all of our seasonal or feature spirits.
Whisky tasting flights include 3 tasters of spirits that have been aging in barrels where the rainforest meets the sea: "The Original" Cape Byron Single Malt Whisky, "Viognier Cask" Cape Byron Single Malt Whisky and "Mac Cask" Cape Byron Single Malt Whisky.

After the tasting, groups are more than welcome to hang out on the balcony and enjoy a drink or a DIY grazing platter overlooking the rainforest.
